Introduction: Magnetic Resonance (MR) Imaging has opened new horizons in the diagnosis and treatment of many musculoskeletal diseases ankle foot is useful to confirm presence extent a soft tissue mass determine precise anatomic location, which aids surgery; some cases, appearance specific for particular lesion. Purpose Study: Our aim was study various findings neoplastic lesions foot. Results: Total 49 patients (Male - 27, Female 22) were studied with conditions involving Amongst bones, 62.5% neoplasms benign while 37.5% malignant. tissue, 36.7% 63.3% On MRI, 84% population showed hyperintense signal on T1WI 16% signal.
